Registration for the Courses of Study of the l’Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma per l’A.A. (Telematic University of San Raffaele Roma for the academic year 2021/2022 are open all year from 2 August 2021

Rules for the registration

For enrolment in the courses of study it is necessary to hold the secondary education qualification of 2

Contemporary enrollment in different universities and different faculties of the same university is prohibited. It is forbidden to enroll simultaneously in high schools for interpreters and translators recognized under the DM 10-1-2002 n.38 (now called high schools for language mediators) and in the Institutes of Higher Artistic and Musical Education. The violation of the rule involves the automatic cancellation of any registration after the first.

Registration procedure (we recommend printing this page or annotating these steps before proceeding)

Students interested in enrolment/enrolment in Bachelor’s, Master’s, Master’s or Individual courses must register at this link..

After registering please wait a few minutes for the System update before proceeding to login.
Once you have registered (or if you have already registered), you must login under Menu > Login.

To register you must prepare the following documentation and then enter it in the online procedure:

  1. Scanning of the signed self-certification of the title of Diploma of High School (per i corsi di laurea triennal) (3 Academic Years) or signed self-certification of the degree title (per i corsi di laurea magistrali) (2 Academic Years);
  2. Scan a valid identification document (front/back);
  3. Scan the tax code (front/back);
  4. Scan passport-sized photos (no other photos will be accepted);
  5. Scanning of the receipt of payment by bank transfer of the regional tax for the right to study, whose iban and causal are available in the section of university fees; ATTENTION: to complete the enrolment it is NECESSARY to print and pay the first instalment of tuition fees. Only applicants for any economic facilities will have to wait for confirmation email before proceeding to the printing and payment of the bulletin.
  6. Scanning the contract with the student signed for acceptance;
  7. Only for those who have already matriculated in the Italian university system in the past: a declaration attesting that they have renounced their studies, forfeited their studies or obtained their degree;
  8. Only for students of the degree program in Sports Sciences and Sports Sciences footballcurriculum scan the certificate of fitness for competitive sports of 1 level issued by a doctor specialized in Sports Medicine;
  9. Only for students of laurea magistrali (2 Academic Years) courses courses it is necessary to attach the authorization (represented by the e-mail in which it is communicated) to the enrolment issued directly to the student by the Access Commission following the evaluation of the qualifications, or the successful outcome of the verification test of the skills acquired at the end of the recovery process. For information on Access to Master’s Degree courses, please read carefully the procedure on the page of the site dedicated to the Study Course of interest.
  10. In case of possession of disability or disability, you must insert in the appropriate section, the declaration of invalidity (ASL report in which the percentage of disability is certified) or disability under Law 104.
  11. At the end of the procedure, remember to print the registration application, sign it and scan it in pdf format and attach it in the “Career Attachments” section, under “documents”.

L’ Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma (The Telematic University San Raffaele Roma) will confirm the enrolment by sending an e-mail with the registration number within two weeks of receiving the complete documentation.

CFU Pre-Assessment

If you wish to request a CFU Pre-Assessment, you must follow the procedure indicated (click here), by filling in the appropriate form at the bottom of the page and sending it to the reference e-mail address for the chosen degree course.

Once the pre-assessment document for the exams has been received by the Credit Assessment Commission, the file must MANDATORY be included in the attachments to the online enrollment application.

Commercial agreements

At this link you can find the list of affiliated institutions through which you can enjoy a discount on the university fee.
During the registration process you will be asked to attach the document confirming the possibility of receiving the discount (e.g. scanning the card, etc.) and to choose the correct request for facilitation requested Please note that the attached document must be valid in the current academic year submitted (A.A. 2021/2022).

After entering the application for financial assistance you will have to wait for the change of the amount relating to the first installment before making the payment, so that you can take advantage of the discount immediately.
