For the academic year 2021/2022, L’Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma (Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma) has activated some economic facilities to support the university choice for students wishing to enrol in one of the courses of study provided by the University:

– 25% reduction in the amount of tuition fees for families with more than one family registered at the Telematic University of San Raffaele Roma and for disabled people with a recognised disability of between 40% and 65% inclusive

– Financial benefits for deserving students (reduction of € 500.00 on tuition fees)

– Reduction of the amount of tuition fees by 10% for students (enrolled for at least 6 months in a degree course) who submit new members and 5% for those enrolled in the “Bring a friend” campaign.

The economic advantages cannot be combined with each other and with the exemptions resulting from the trade agreements. Only the student who wins a scholarship for academic merit can also benefit from another economic advantage or business agreement.

TOTAL TAX EXEMPTION FOR STUDENTS WITH A DISABILITY OR DISABILITY OF 66% OR MORE

The University totally exempts from the payment of fees and tuition fees students with recognition of disability in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1 or 3, of Law No. 104 of 5 February 1992, or with an invalidity equal to or greater than 66%.

Students enrolled in a Laurea Triennale (3 Academic Years) or Magistrale (2 Academic Years) degree can apply for an exemption.

The application must be submitted no later than:

New students enrolled: upon matriculation;

Students enrolled in years following the first: the renewal of enrollment and in any case no later than October 31 of each academic year.

The benefit of the total exemption is granted for a period not exceeding the normal duration of the course attended:

  • Laurea Triennale (3 Academic Years)
  • Laurea magistrale (2 Academic Years)

So from the first year out of the course the exemption will not be total but 25% on tuition fees.

Benefit may not be claimed for the purposes of earning a second degree, or by students who have already earned a degree equivalent to or above the undergraduate enrollment degree.

Documentation required

  • Application form for exemption available on the University website (at the bottom of the page)
  • certificato rilasciato dalla commissione medica competente di accertamento dell’handicap (ai sensi dell’art. 3 comma 1 o comma 3 della legge 104);
  • Certificate issued by the competent medical committee for the assessment of disability (pursuant to Art. 3 paragraph 1 or paragraph 3 of Law 104);
  • Both certificates if the applicant has been recognised as disabled and disabled;

In compliance with the regulations on privacy and the treatment of health data, certificates must be produced that recognize the degree of disability/ disability by omitting the diagnosis.

In order to submit the application, the student must complete the procedure indicated below:

  1. Print the application form available on the University website (at the bottom of the page)
  2. Fill in the signed application form and all the required documentation within the registration procedure in the attached section.
  3. Under the heading Regional Tax of the Right to Study insert a self-certification in which you declare the exemption for disability downloadable from the University website (at the bottom of the page)

REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR SUBSEQUENT YEARS

  1. Print the application form available on the University website (at the bottom of the page)
  2. INSERT IN YOUR WEB INTERFACE_ SECTION ATTACHMENTS CAREER_CONVENTIONS the signed application form and all required documentation.
  3. Under the heading Regional Tax of the Right to Study insert a self-certification in which you declare the exemption for disability downloadable from the University website (at the bottom of the page)

The outcome will be communicated within 15 days of the submission of the application.

In case of certification subject to review by the competent medical committees, the request for exemption must be resubmitted upon expiry of the validity of the certificate.

It is the responsibility of the student to communicate any changes in the degree of disability or the withdrawal of recognition of disability under the law 104/92 during the academic year.
