1. What is DS?

The Diploma Supplement (DS) is a document that complements the degree obtained at the end of a course of study at a university or higher education institution. The DS provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies carried out; this document includes the Study Plans for each Teaching supported within the academic process. The document is developed at the initiative of the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO.

2. What is the content?

L’Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma (The Telematic University San Raffaele Roma) issues, as a supplement to the diploma of each degree, an informative report about the curriculum chosen by the student for the achievement of the degree. This report shall be drawn up in the English and Italian languages. The model of the informative report, conforming to those adopted by the countries of the European Union, is approved by the Academic Senate”.

3. Who can apply for the DS?

The issue of the Diploma Supplement is provided only for graduates D.M. 270/04; it is not provided for graduates of the so-called “old order” (ante D.M. 509/99), which may, however, require a degree certificate, with or without exams, in Italian and/or a degree certificate without exams in English using the form prepared and available in the section Forms.

4. How much does it cost to apply for the DS?

The Diploma Supplement is issued free of charge.

5. How much does DS shipping cost?

The shipment of the Diploma Supplement is subject to the payment, by the applicant, of the contribution of the Secretariat Rights provided for equal to Euro 30.00.

6. What should I do to apply for the DS?

To apply for the Diploma Supplement you must fill in the appropriate form “Request certificates“, available in the section Forms.

The form, which must be attached photocopy front/back of a valid identification document, may be:
